Mail Room Procedures/Bulk Mail

County mail is picked up on Friday’s only.  Remember to include the County Mail Code on your package.  U.S. mail is posted on a daily basis, as received.  U.S. mail is picked up each day before noon.  If you need something mailed on a specific day, please be sure to bring it to the mail room prior to 11:00am, otherwise it wil go out the next business day.  Please contact the district receptionist at X51023 if you need special mailing, i.e., progress reports, report cards. It is extremely important to put the school name/initials on the return address of all U.S. mail envelopes.  This eliminates wasted time trying to locate the sender if the piece of mail is returned to us.  When using U.S. mail for large volume mailing, please contact the district receptionist at least one day in advance so she could schedule her workday accordingly.  See Bulk Mailing Procedures below.School pony mail is delivered to the District Office at 11:00 each day.  Mail is sorted and distributed by school sites.  All pony bags are re-filled for next day delivery by 3:30pm.
